HumanProof helps check pages and customer journeys. Reports distinguish identified problems, completed checks and things that could not be checked.
A check covers only the specified pages, actions and test conditions. Finding no errors does not guarantee that all errors are absent, that the site is secure or that it meets legal requirements.
Recurring checks of agreed pages and scenarios, with comparison against earlier results. Reports distinguish observed issues from checks that could not be completed. Coverage is limited to the configured scope; a check does not certify that the whole website is error-free.
Agree the website, pages, scenarios and schedule. Once the service is configured and enabled, it repeats those checks and saves reports for comparison. The report shows missing observations separately; an incomplete check is not an all-clear result.
