Shown in a demonstration environment.
What it does
PayPal checkout for JoomShopping, with payment verification and an order-event timeline.
How you use it
The customer chooses PayPal and completes payment with the provider. The plugin verifies the result; you review the recorded status and event timeline when an order needs attention.
Designed for everyday use
- Provider-hosted checkout gives customers a PayPal payment route from your store.
- Verified payment results are matched to the JoomShopping order.
- The local event timeline brings recorded processing information together.
- Guidance beside recorded events helps you decide what to inspect next.
- Connection and webhook settings are available in the administrator interface.
- The installer registers the payment method; test and live configuration remain separate.
Help when something needs attention
Review required connection fields and webhook configuration, then use the order timeline to investigate recorded events. The timeline shows local records; it does not claim that every provider event has arrived or repair a payment automatically.
Before you choose
Requires a supported Joomla/JoomShopping environment and your PayPal merchant setup. Provider approval, services and fees are separate.
Version and requirements
| Platform | Joomla / JoomShopping |
|---|---|
| Release | Version 1.3.13 |
| Requirements | Joomla: 4–6 · JoomShopping: 5.9.4 · PHP: ≥8.1 |

Installation, licence and support
One website licence includes 12 months of updates and email support.
You may use the installed plugin indefinitely. The end of the update period does not disable it.
Renewal is optional: €80 per year for another 12 months of updates and support. There is no automatic charge. Changes to Joomla, JoomShopping, PHP or the provider may require an update; indefinite use does not mean indefinite compatibility.
Mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies and legally required updates are not conditional on paid renewal.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if the plugin cannot be installed in the published supported environment. If support cannot resolve installation, we refund the plugin price. This is a conditional installation guarantee; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Email support: [email protected]. Include your order number, versions and error text. Do not send passwords, secret keys or card details.
Using several payment plugins together requires a release with verified shared-library compatibility. The payment tests described here were performed separately.
KnowledgeProvider verification and release changes
A sandbox payment passed on version 1.3.11-i18n.1 on 2026-10-10 (Europe/Riga). Compared with 1.3.11-i18n.1, version 1.3.13 changes only licence information, version references, documentation and file-integrity metadata. No separate provider test was performed for version 1.3.13. The licence text has been updated to v002. This wording update does not itself grant new licensing rights.
Current release: 1.3.13. Provider evidence: 1.3.11-i18n.1, 2026-10-10 (Europe/Riga). No separate provider test for 1.3.13.
Version 1.3.13. Provider check: 1.3.11-i18n.1; 1.3.13 was not separately tested with the provider.
The payment check did not test storefront checkout or the public callback. The payment plugins were tested individually, with the other payment plugins disabled.
