Licence
One production website per licence; ordinary staging and development copies for that licensed site and same licensee. Perpetual use of the purchased version, with 12 months of updates and 12 months of email support. No transfer between independent customers or organisations.
EU consumer rights
Mandatory consumer rights and statutory conformity remedies remain preserved. Immediate digital supply uses separate express consent and acknowledgement; without both, withdrawal is not treated as lost. Latvian law applies subject to mandatory EU consumer protections and forums.
